Manufacturing the metal block/cutter
and setting-up the equipment starts from £50 to £100 + VAT depending on the size and complexity of the design.
There is also the
cost of the punching/embossing process itself which is roughly 50p per impression up to 250 copies coming down to around 35p for quantities up to 1000. Larger quantities are even cheaper.
