How to Order

  • Give a brief description of your order - please use the form below. If you dislike form filling then simply email your requirements.

  • State the invoice and delivery address (if different) and give a phone number where you can be reached.

  • Send us your documents - upload, email as attachments, or post them to the address below. 

  • Do not pay! You will receive an email acknowledging your submission and confirming the details, price and the suitability of your documents. It will contain a link for payment.

Be patient - a message will appear when complete.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order and confirming the details and price.

This email will also contain a link to our payments page - click on it and follow instructions. You can pay with your credit or debit card or through a PayPal account if you have one.

If you prefer you can post a cheque but, of course, there will be a delay until the cheque has cleared.

After we've received an automatic 'confirmation of payment' we will process your material and e-mail you a proof copy for checking within 24 - 48 hours. Artwork production may take a little longer.

Work will not proceed until your payment has cleared.

When you receive your proof please acknowledge approval by emailing your 'consent to print'. If any changes or alterations are needed we will make the amendments and email you another proof for approval.

Email proofs are free but hard-copy proofs are charged extra at £2.50 + VAT per A4 area.

You will normally receive your order within our standard production time of 6 working days + 1 day for delivery - after receipt of your 'consent to print' email.
